Artist biography: Philip Reeves was one of the most prominent contemporary printmakers working in Scotland. His work displays a modern expressive abstraction. Reeves was the President of the Royal Scottish Society of Painters in Watercolours 1998-2005. He was a Founder member of both Edinburgh Printmakers' Workshop, and the Glasgow Print Studio.
